Purchase terms.

One game. One watch.

A purchase is a one-time unlock for the identified game on the watch that generated its activation code. It is not a subscription or a purchase of all three games. Purchases are not transferable to a different watch; replacing your watch requires a new purchase.

Restoring access

Reinstalling the same game on the same watch can restore a verified purchase using the app-specific identifier provided by Garmin. Restoration requires an internet connection. The identifier may be unavailable on error; activation cannot proceed without it.

Checkout

The final price, currency and applicable taxes will be displayed in Paddle checkout before payment. Unlocking depends on server verification, not a browser success message.

Refunds and rights

Approved refunds and chargebacks revoke server-side entitlement. Offline cached access cannot be immediately revoked. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
